Parking Software provider ZatPark has appointed Charlotte Nancarrow as their new Learning and Development Manager, a new role within the business to lead efforts in developing and delivering learning and development strategy and implementation across the business.

“Charlotte is a fantastic addition to the ZatPark Business”, said Celina Herbert Operations Director. “Sharing our passion for making Everyday Better for our team, customers and users Charlotte not only brings a wealth of experience to the business but her enthusiasm and passion for developing the abilities of others are inspiring. We look forward to our wider community of clients and partners meeting and working with her.”

Charlotte joined ZatPark in October 2020 and will be leading the development of the ZatPark Knowledge and training offering and the training and development of our teams.

Charlotte said: “I am excited and inspired to be part of the ZatPark family and a wider close-knit stakeholder community. As industries, organisations and communities continue their journeys navigating the digital age, fourth industrial revolution and a post-pandemic world, the understanding and development of organisational and individual skills, behaviours and capabilities have never been so important.

“I am hugely passionate about helping others learn and grow. I look forward to working in collaboration with our colleagues, clients and partners to deliver flexible, innovative and inclusive learning initiatives. “Our initiatives will respond to the needs of a diverse workforce, enabling all users to maximise the full potential of the ZatPark suite of solutions; further supporting and enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of all our clients’ parking operations.

The pathway to becoming a proficient ZatPark user will be defined and we will work with clients to make sure our training and implementation meet their initial and ongoing needs.

“When presented the direction of ZatPark by the board, I was inspired by not only their business plan and aspirations but also the hunger and collective confidence across the company to drive the parking community to be more efficient and effective. I am delighted to be a part of the team at this critical juncture of strategic growth.”
