We wanted to share a proud moment for Unity5’s Zatpark. Yesterday morning Cornwall Council went live as a Zatpark client, with a full suite of enforcement and permit management tools, having been awarded the contract in February 2020.
Implementing new software tools into complex organisations is a process that is dependent on shared understanding to manage the transition to new ways of working. With Cornwall Council we have been blessed with a fantastic project team, who working through the tough conditions of 2020 have embraced change and worked with the goal of making Everyday Better for the motorists they serve.
Oli Pelliccio, Product Delivery Manager thanked the wider Unity5 team: “I would like to say how proud I am of the working relationship and shared goals between Unity5 (Zatpark) and our colleagues within Cornwall Council. We have collectively worked in exceptionally difficult circumstances to deliver a dynamic, modern parking management and enforcement system.”
“It has been a disrupted implementation, ever-evolving lockdown and working regulations is something you wouldn’t usually include within your plan,” commented Dave Herbert, Unity5’s Chief Executive, “That said by working closely with the team at Cornwall Council we have been able to work smartly and decisively, building a strong partnership that we look forward to developing in the years ahead.”
