Following on from our first article analysing our network data to identify trends and behavioural changes during lockdown, we at Zatpark provide an update with some new insights.

Our software is used by private operators and local authorities to manage an estimated 33% of parking sites in the UK. This provides our team with access to data sets which can be used to demonstrate the changing behaviour of drivers across the country as the pandemic progressed over the past three months.

This week, we are presenting two data sets from our infrastructure, the Automatic Number Plate Recognition (ANPR) Read Volumes and the Parking Charge Notice (PCN) Issuance. We will also incorporate the Office for National Statistics (ONS) Traffic Data.
