Devere Parking Services, the parking enforcement company operating in Dorset, Wiltshire, Hampshire and London, has appointed Unity5 and will be using Zatpark’s full back-office management enforcement suite with immediate effect. It is the first time DeVere has outsourced its enforcement software in its 16 years of operation.
Max Williams, Chief Operating Officer at Devere Parking Services said: “Although we had outsourced our debt recovery in the past, we had always managed our own enforcement process as we believe in offering everything in a very personalised way. When Unity5 approached us with Zatpark and explained that we could use their technology with our own brand and style on a bespoke template, we realised that this was a positive move for us as it will free up our time while still allowing us to retain control.
We’ve been growing steadily year on year but over the last two years in particular business growth has exceeded our expectations hence the imperative to use Zatpark’s services. We are looking forward to working with the team at Unity5 to ensure that our processes remain as efficient and streamlined as possible.”
