Advanced ANPR Checker
Thursday June, 2019
We have made our APNR Checker even easier to use.
In this the next in our series of ‘Feature Focus’ articles, we focus on the ZatPark ANPR Checker.
Checking ANPR reads is a necessary but often a time consuming one. We recognise this, so we have redesigned the checker page, organising information, allowing you to see all the key information you need to make a decision. As a result, it will reduce the amount of time that your team takes to check ANPR readings, a great way to improve your efficiency.
The ANPR checker view shows the key information about each ANPR ticket.
The details of the vehicle are shown on the panel to the left hand side. On the right hand side the details are held in a series of tabs, such as the site where the contravention occurred, details of the parking /whitelist sessions and any other recent visits by that vehicle at that site.
This will allow you and your staff to make an informed and fair decision regarding the contravention, with all the information you need at your fingertips.
The notification settings at the top right give you details of whitelist sessions, possible duplicate tickets and whether there are any issues regarding the times that you are enforcing at that site.
The ticket processing buttons are in an easy to access group below the vehicle images. You will have the option to process the Ticket, create a whitelist session for that vehicle or void the ticket entirely.
Under the open ticket there is a section that shows all the ANPR tickets that will processed in that batch. In addition to providing a snapshot of the contravention details for other vehicles in the batch, this section allows you to move forward or backwards through the tickets in the batch.
We’ve not only improved the user experience we have also reviewed the backend code to improve the speed in which page loads up and processes queries.
